Plastic bucket mould usually used P20 steel as mould core and cavity. But some customer request low pirce and low mold life, so in this case mould can be made with C45 hardening and tempering steel. Of course, some customer will request the mould with very high mould life and the injection molding bucket finish quality should be very perfect, in this case, the mould can be made with 718 steel, H13 steel, S136 steel, etc. Plastic bucket mould can be made with cold runner system or hot runner system. We make the mould according customer's detail requirement.
